Refund & Return Policy
At Plus Medicos, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return
Incorrect Items
- Returns are allowed if the product(s) received do not match your order.
Expired or Damaged Products
- If the product(s) are past expiry or damaged during transit, returns are accepted.
- If you receive a damaged product, please do not accept the delivery.
- If damage is discovered after opening, you may return the product for a refund or replacement, subject to availability.
- We do not guarantee replacements due to product availability. Refunds will be issued if replacement is not possible.
2. Return Conditions
Non-Defective Returns
- Returns of unopened and unused products may be allowed with a 20% restocking fee.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Return
- Wrongly ordered products are not eligible for return.
- The batch number of the returned product(s) must match the invoice.
- Returns due to prescription changes are not accepted.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoice.
- Partially used or consumed products are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Products
- Healthcare Devices: Injections, surgical items, health monitors, and ortho support products.
- Medicines: Temperature-sensitive products, cold chain products, and products where Patient Assistance Program has been utilized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.
4. Eligibility for Refund
- Defective Items: A full refund will be provided if you receive a defective item.
- Lost or Damaged in Transit: Refunds will be issued if the item(s) are lost or damaged during shipping.
- Expired Items: If the item(s) are past their expiry date upon receipt, a full refund will be granted.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.
- Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- To request a refund, email us within 3 days of receipt with your order details and reason.
- You may also initiate a request through our website or app.
- You may be asked to provide product pictures for verification.
- We will verify the request within 3 working days. If approved, the refund process will be initiated.
6. Return Process
- To request a return, email us within 3 days of receipt with your order details and reason for return.
- You may need to upload pictures of the received products.
- We will verify the return request within 3 working days.
- Upon approval, we will initiate collection of the product(s).
- Please ensure the product(s) are packed in their original packaging for collection.
