Directions for Use:
PREPARING A SINGLE FEEDING
1. Wash your hands & utensils.
2. Thoroughly boil the utensils for 5 min.
3. Boil drinking water for 5 min and allow to cool.
4. Add previously boiled water to the bowl as per the suggested feeding table.
5. Take 1 levelled scoop (Approx. 5.1 g) for each 30 ml of water.
6. Mix until completely dissolved, test temperature and feed the baby. Discard left over feed within 1 hour.

DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE
Use as directed by your baby’s physician. Proper hygiene, handling and storage are important when preparing follow-up formula. Failure to follow these instructions can potentially lead to adverse effects on the health of your baby. Powdered follow-up formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby’s physician. Use only the scoop enclosed in this box to measure Similac® Classic 4 Powder. Once feeding begins, use within one hour or discard.
*For a standard serving of 205.2 ml, combine 6 level scoops (approximately 30.6 g) of powder with approximately 181.2 ml of water. Or alternately, combine one level scoop (approximately 5.1 g) of powder with approximately 30 ml (1 fl oz) of water.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
This box contains a sealed foil pouch. Once foil pouch has been opened, contents should be used within 2 weeks. Please do not empty the content of foil into the container and continue to use powder from foil pouch. Transfer the pouch into another clean air-tight container and store in a cool, dry & hygienic place (Do not refrigerate). For extra precaution, fold the foil pouch after every use to avoid powder exposure to environment.
