Plus Medicos is a pharmacy service operating in Delhi, providing medicines, healthcare products, and home delivery services.

  • “Plus Medicos”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Plus Medicos.
  • “User”, “you”, “your” refers to any person using our services.
  • Our services may be offered through physical store, phone, WhatsApp, or any digital platform, collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

2. Using Our Services

By placing an order with us via phone, WhatsApp, or any platform, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older, or ordering under supervision.
  • The information you provide is correct.
  • You will use our services responsibly.

3. Medicines & Prescriptions

  • Some medicines require a valid doctor’s prescription.
  • You must share a genuine prescription when asked.
  • The medicine must match the prescription.
  • We may cancel the order if the prescription is unclear, expired, or invalid.
This is for your safety and as per medical regulations.

4. Orders & Availability

  • All orders depend on stock availability.
  • We try our best to fulfil every order, but sometimes items may be unavailable.
  • We may cancel or modify orders in case of stock issues, prescription problems, or pricing errors.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Discounts and offers are limited and may vary.
  • Payment should be completed as per the available payment options.

6. Delivery

  • We offer free home delivery within a 7 km radius across Delhi.
  • Same-day or fast delivery is our goal, but timing may vary.
  • Please provide the correct address and phone number to avoid delays.

7. Offers & Free Items

We love giving extra value to our customers.

  • Free items such as masks or Vitamin C are subject to availability.
  • Minimum order conditions apply on bill value of ₹500.
  • Free Vitamin D3 sachets or ORS sachets may be offered on bill values above ₹499.
  • Free 30 gm pain relief gel may be offered on bill values above ₹999.
  • Offers can change or stop anytime without prior notice.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to safety reasons, medicines are usually not returnable. However, we will help if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or expired.
  • Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.

9. Product Quality

We only supply genuine medicines from trusted and authorized sources. Your safety is our priority.

10. Health Disclaimer

We are a pharmacy, not a doctor. Always consult a doctor before taking medicines.
